PATRICK B. MASON, ESQ.

Founder, Attorney

Attorney Patrick B. Mason is the founder of Mason Law, PC. He focuses his practice within the areas of estate planning, probate litigation, and business planning.

Pat has two children, Peter and Colleen, and he is a proud “Pops” to his two beautiful granddaughters, Lizzie and Allyson Rose. Pat is a native Memphian and was part of the Christian Brothers High School graduating class of 1975. He attended the University of Notre Dame, where he earned his bachelor’s degree with a major in business administration. Pat practiced as a Certified Public Accountant for four years in Atlanta, Georgia, before starting law school at Vanderbilt University. In 1986, he earned his Juris Doctorate, and began his career as an attorney. Patrick is presently a student at Memphis Theological Seminary, pursuing his Master of Divinity degree. He is grateful for the opportunity to further his education and obtain a new degree while advancing within his spiritual journey.

Pat has several passions outside of his profession, some of which include playing the tuba, wearing the red suit to play Santa every December, and cheering on his Irish during football season. Pat also likes to take walks. In fact, he likes to take really, REALLY long walks. No, seriously. In 2017, he discovered a unique way to celebrate his 60th birthday. Pat spent several weeks hiking the Camino de Santiago, which is a 500-mile spiritual pilgrimage across northern Spain. This trip inspired Pat to write a book titled
Candle on the Camino about his experiences and interactions throughout his journey. He intends to complete Camino “Dos” within the next few years.
